Kakuozan


Nittaiji


Nittaiji is located in Kakuouzan. This is the temple that sacred to Budda’s remain. “Kakuou” is another name of Budda, and “Nittai” means Japan and Thailand. The temple belongs to non denomination. Nowadays, the 19 denomination’s chief priests alternate sentry duty. In the precinct, there is a stattue of Rama Ⅴ.The embassy of Thailand visits there on his birthday. Sometimes Thai visit there.

It is one of the very delicious doughnut shops. The shop was first opened in Okazaki city in Aichi prefecture. Recently, the shop advanced to Kakuozan in Nagoya. It’s located along the approach to the temple of Nittaiji.This shop is closed on Tuesdays. It is famous for its soft flavor.
There are many kinds of doughnuts in this shop, and those of famous flavors are sold out soon.

  1. I didn't know this temple. There are many imformation about Nittaiji. So I well understand. If I have a chance, I want to go there.

  2. Your site looks very well-organized. As a title of your page, you could use the name of subway station, "Kakouzan". The preposition before birthday is "on". I would like to know more about shops on the way to the temple. Also a seasonal market is worth mentioning.
